Vanitha SV is a certified Happiness and Mindfulness Coach specializing in workplace happiness and teen mindfulness. With experience as a flight purser and executive director, she has gained leadership qualities and exposure to working with various nationalities. She overcame her own depression through her spiritual journey and is now a Reiki master, Tamara practitioner, chakra cleanser, and NLP practitioner. She obtained certifications from Happiitude, an institute affiliated with the Berkeley School of Happiness in California, and offers various courses, including mindfulness for teens and moms.
