1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Drop N Alert, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.
2. Service Description
Drop N Alert provides price tracking, sale alerts, and AI-powered deal analysis for Pakistani fashion e-commerce brands. We aggregate publicly available pricing data and deliver product alerts you subscribe to by email, and by WhatsApp if you verify a number and leave WhatsApp alerts on. WhatsApp delivery is best-effort.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may register with email or Continue with Google. You must provide accurate information during registration. One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Drop N Alert is free for shoppers during MVP. There is no shopper paywall and we do not take card payments. If we introduce paid plans later, we will update these terms and give registered users notice before charging.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to scrape or redistribute data, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, send spam or unsolicited messages, or engage in any activity that disrupts the service. Automated access without our written permission is not allowed.
6. Disclaimer
Drop N Alert provides pricing information on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all prices and availability information are always current. Always verify final prices on the brand's official website before making a purchase.
7. Limitation of Liability
Drop N Alert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed deals, incorrect pricing data, missed WhatsApp messages, or service interruptions. Because the shopper product is free during MVP, our total liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. If you later pay us under updated terms, liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion for violation of these terms. You may request account deletion by emailing privacy@dropnalert.com from the address on the account. Upon termination, your data will be retained for up to 30 days before permanent deletion.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
