It is a probiotic which is ideal for restoring bacterial flora in your gut and for improving your overall immunity. We also have probiotic milk Keifr which is also has many beneficial properties including overall gut health, weight loss and anti-fungal/bacterial properties. You can order up to 4 bottles of either Kombucha or Milk Keifr.
• Kombucha With Ginger and Lemon (500ml) – The lemon and ginger are anti-inflammatory and anti-fungal and contribute to digestive health. • Homemade Milk Keifr (500 ml) – Prepared with full fat cow’s milk.
Additional Notes: • No additives or artificial preservatives • Kombucha and Homemade Milk Keifr best refrigerated and consumed within 2-3 weeks • Kombucha can last longer but continues to ferment so taste is tarter so you may prefer to dilute once you have poured into a glass with distilled water. The longer it ferments, the higher the alcohol content so we don’t advise letting it sit beyond a month. • Probiotics provide antioxidants supporting the immune system, can boost energy and the metabolism, provide vitamins and minerals and can reduce unhealthy food cravings.
